Poster Session Analysis: Leadership Perspective on Agile Proficiency Strategy Implementing AI Effectively

This poster session will explore how leadership is transforming the way they think about becoming proficient with Agile and how they can effectively implement AI to enhance this strategy. This paper aims to examine and reflect on the capstone project presentation titled “Leadership Perspective on Agile Proficiency Strategy Implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Effectively” by Pamela Smith. The presentation was presented in the SOBTH Networking and Support forum. The session offered valuable insights into the financial leaders in the U.S. economic sector’s views on implementing cutting-edge technologies, especially AI, with agile strategies. Smith’s talk was mainly about the difficulties that leaders of the economy have to deal with when transitioning from one technological development to another. The main things that were emphasised are the need to be agile in responding to fast changes in the market, the significance of communication and collaboration amongst teams, and the significance of leaders having a great understanding of technology. These factors play a great role in creating employee engagement and enabling the successful implementation of advanced technologies. Smith said that if agile strategies aren’t embraced, the resulting tools, mistakes, and revenue losses could be catastrophic. By sparking conversations about the adoption of agile methodologies, the insights gained from this poster session can be turned into practical expertise for practitioners. In particular, leaders need to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning to keep up with fast-paced technological shifts.
